Not to nitpick the car to death but if you notice some blemishes or the car seems to be leaking anything, tell the owner and tell them that you wont pay that much for this car. If the owner is honest about that, then he/she will knock some money off the price of the car. Also if the car has some other issues like starting of when it starts, it makes a funny noise, then you can get some money knocked off the price they are asking for it. When you start it up and it is knocking, if you think you know what it is then don’t get the car, you will be sticking more money into the car than it is worth.
